Ingredients:
500 gr chickpeas, drained
2 cans tuna (in its own juice or oil)
3 large bell peppers (any color you want: green, yellow or red)
2 medium onions
spices to taste (salt, pepper, paprika)
2 tablespoons oil
Instructions:
1. Slice onions and bell peppers. Saute them in a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil. Keep them on the heat until the peppers are soft and the onions become translucent.
2. Drain the chickpeas and add to the pan with the spices. Mix well.
3. Turn off the heat and add the drained tuna. Stir again until just combined.
4. You can serve this hot or cold. It’s good either way.
