Sour cream sauce pasta

Ingredients:

· 250 gr pasta

· 3 tablespoons butter

· 2 tablespoons flour

· 250 ml milk

· 120 gr sour cream

· 1 small onion, cut into really small pieces

· salt and freshly ground pepper

· some pasta water


Instructions:

1. In a large pot, cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

2. Meanwhile, make the sauce. In a pan, melt the butter over low heat.

3. When melted, sprinkle on the flour and mix, cooking over medium low heat for 2-4 minutes.

4. Slowly add the milk while whisking. Whisk until smooth.

5. Turn up the heat to medium so that the sauce starts to thicken. If too thick, add more pasta water until desired consistency.

6. Turn off the heat and whisk in the sour cream until smooth.

7. Add the onion and mix.

8. When the pasta is done, scoop it out and add it into the sauce. Mix together until everything is well sauced and glossy.

9. Taste and season with salt and pepper.

10. Enjoy hot!
