Ingredients:
For the crumble on top:
100 gr plain flour
100 gr rolled oats
100 gr butter, cubed, almost room temperature
50 gr brown sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
2 tablespoons hemp seeds (optional)
also optional: you can add nuts or raisins
For the filling:
1,5 kg forest fruits (I used frozen fruits that I let to defrost)
25 gr vanilla sugar
100 gr brown sugar
3 tablespoons flour or cornstarch (I used flour)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
2. In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the crumble, until it gets a crumble/granola texture.
3. In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the filling.
4. Pour the fruits filling into your desired pan.
5. Spoon the crumble mixture all over the fruits.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden on top.
7. Rest for 5-10 minutes before serving with ice cream or cream.
