Ingredients:
400 gr puff pastry
2 cans sliced mushrooms, drained (400 gr/can)
2 eggs
300 gr cheese, grated
150-200 gr salsa dip
Salt and pepper to taste
Sunflower seeds for decorating
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 C.
2. Grease a tart pan with a little oil.
3. Place the puff pastry in the tart pan, making sure all the sides are covered. Trim the sides.
4. In a bowl, mix the 2 eggs with salt and pepper.
5. Add sliced mushrooms, grated cheese and salsa dip. Mix well to combine.
6. Pour all the mixture into the prepared pan.
7. If you wish, decorate with the remaining puff pastry and some sunflower seeds. Egg wash the puff pastry on top.
8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
9. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
