Mushroom and oats tart

Ingredients:

- 3 eggs

- 50 gr butter, soft

- 500 gr finely chopped mushrooms

- 1 small onion

- 3 green onions

- 1 finely chopped bell pepper

- 2 finely chopped tomatoes

- 1 teaspoon coriander

- salt and pepper to taste

- 2-3 handfuls oatmeal

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven at 180 C.

2. Grease a tart pan with butter.

3. Mix all the ingredients well. You can add more oats if necessary. Your mixture needs to be malleable and not to soft, something like the raw meatball consistency.

4. Spoon the mixture into the pan and flatten the surface. You can decorate it with more mushrooms.

5. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
