Mexican style pasta

Ingredients:

250 gr pasta, cooked

1 medium onion, finely chopped

1 medium red pepper, chopped in small cubes

1 can sweet corn

1 can red beans

250-300 ml of tomato sauce

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon chilli powder

2 tablespoons oil

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

2. In a saucepan over medium heat, add the oil and chopped onion. Cook for 5 minutes.

3. Add the red pepper and cook for another 5 minutes.

4. Add the cooked pasta, canned corn, red beans and tomato sauce. Season and mix well until combined.

5. Cook for another 5 minutes, then take it off the heat.
