Super simple recipe, you need:
1 liter milk
500 gr pasta
200 gr cheese (I used emmental)
1 can pre-cooked peas
Salt and pepper to taste
200 ml water
Instructions:
1. Mix the milk, water and salt. In this mixture, boil the pasta until completely cooked.
2. Meanwhile, cut the cheese into small cubes (or grate it). Drain the peas.
3. When the pasta is done, add the diced cheese into the pan. Mix well until the cheese is completely melted.
4. Take off the heat and add the peas. Season with sald and pepper.
5. Done!
Serves: 4-6 servings, depending on the size.
