Eastern salad (or oriental salad)

Another super simple recipe!

Ingredients:

6 large potatoes

6 eggs

2 small onions (you can use red onions)

100 gr olives, pitted

2 tablespoons oil

spices: salt, pepper, paprika and dried dill

Instructions:

1. Bake the potatoes in their skins until soft (in water on the stove, in the oven or in the microwave – as you wish). The time differs depending on the cooking method and the type of microwave. I left them in the microwave for 30 minutes.

2. Hard boil the eggs.

3. Peel the potatoes, as well as the eggs. Cut them into small pieces.

4. Slice the onions.

5. Add the olives, oil and spices and mix everything well.
