Cinnamon milk

Ingredients:

500 ml milk

1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon ( or you can use a cinnamon stick)

2 teaspoons brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean paste


Instructions:

1. Place all ingredients in a small sauce pan.

2. Heat until scalding. Whisk until the sugar dissolves.

3. Pour the milk into a big mug like mine or in two smaller ones.


P.S. You can make this with pumpkin spice mix too.

P.P.S. If you have a milk frother you can make the cold version too. Mix all ingredients with the milk frother until the sugar dissolves, then add ice.
