Cheese & ham tart

Ingredients:

400 gr puff pastry

300-350 gr cheese

250 gr ham

2 eggs

2 tablespoons milk

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

2 teaspoons paprika

1 tablespoon butter for greasing

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven at 180 C.

2. Grease a tart pan with a little butter.

3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with spices and milk.

4. Finely chop the ham and grate the cheese.

5. Add the ham and ¾ of the cheese in the egg mixture.

6. Place the puff pastry into the tart pan making sure all sides are covered.

7. Pour the prepared mixture onto the puff pastry. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.

8. Bake for about 30-40 minutes on medium heat until golden brown.

9. Leave to cool for 15 minutes, then gently remove from the pan.

10. You can serve it hot or cold.
