3-ingredients cous-cous

Ingredients:

250 gr cous-cous

1 can sliced mushrooms

1 large red onion, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon paprika

375 ml hot water

Instructions:

1. In a saucepan, add the oil, mushrooms and red onions. Cook until soft and golden brown.

2. Take it off the heat.

3. Add the cous-cous, spices and hot water. Cover with a lid for ten minutes.

4. After 10 minutes, stir well until everything is combined.
