Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter
2 zucchinis
2 potatoes
2 tomatoes
400 g minced meat (I used pork)
salt, ground black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
½ tablespoon paprika
½ tablespoon basil
2 tablespoons sour cream
150 g of cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven at 180 C.
2. Grease a 16x26 cm baking dish with butter.
3. Season the meat to taste, using salt, black pepper, garlic, basil and paprika.
4. Using a knife, cut the zucchinis, potatoes and tomatoes into rounds.
5. On each slice of potato, place some minced meat.
6. Place the vegetables in rows into the baking tray, alternating each one: one slice zucchini, one slice potato with meat, one slice tomato. Repeat until the baking dish is filled.
7. In a small bowl, mix the cheese with the sour cream.
8. Spoon the cheese mixture on top of the vegetables.
9. Bake for 1 ½ hours, covering the dish with tin foil the first 40-50 minutes. You can cook it longer if it’s needed.
10. Let it cool for 10 minutes, then serve.
