Tomato & chicken pasta casserole

Ingredients:

500 gr pasta

300-350 gr chicken breast, boiled

3 large eggs

350 gr cheese, grated

250 ml sour cream

4 tomatoes

2 red peppers

1 tablespoon butter for greasing the pan

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon paprika


Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to instructions on the package. Strain and set aside.

2. Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes, red peppers and boiled chicken breast.

3. Preheat the oven at 180 C.

4. Grease your baking dish with butter.

5. In a large bowl, mix together eggs, sour cream, 250 gr grated cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.

6. Add the vegetables, chicken and pasta. Stir to combine.

7. Pour all the pasta mixture into the prepared baking dish.

8. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.

9. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until set.

10. Let cool for 10 minutes, then serve.
