Spinach & cheese quiche

Ingredients:

275 gr puff pastry

450 gr spinach, frozen

150 gr sour cream

3 eggs

200 gr cream cheese

a small onion

2 teaspoons garlic powder

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven at 180 C.

2. Grease a tart pan with a little butter.

3. Place the puff pastry into the tart pan making sure you cover all sides.

4. In a pan, cook the spinach on medium heat. Season with garlic and salt.

5. In a bowl, mix the eggs with sour cream, salt, paprika and black pepper.

6. Spoon the spinach onto the puff pastry in places. Do the same with the cream cheese.

7. Gently, pour the egg mixture into the tart pan over the spinach and cream cheese. Be careful to spread it everywhere.

8. Garnish with sliced onions.

9. Bake over low to medium heat for about 40 minutes or until the liquid mixture sets.
