Spaghetti with spinach and hot peppers

Ingredients:

300 gr baby spinach, fresh

3 red or yellow hot peppers

4 cloves of garlic

400 gr spaghetti (or any kind of pasta)

a pinch of salt

150 gr olive oil

50 gr sesame seeds

pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Boil the spaghetti al dente in salted water according to the instructions on the package.

2. Heat the oil in a separate pan. Slice and deseed the hot peppers. Fry them in the pan for a couple of minutes.

3. Add the sliced garlic over the hot peppers and cook until glassy. Stir constantly.

4. Add the sesame seeds to the pan and fry for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

5. At the end, add the spinach and let it cook for a little while, just until softened.

6. Drain the pasta.

7. Add the pasta to the pan and season with salt and pepper to taste.
