Ingredients:
400 gr puff pastry
400 gr broccoli
400 gr cream cheese
3 eggs
1 small red onion
spices to taste (salt, pepper, granulated garlic)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven at 180 C.
2. Place the puff pastry in a tart pan lined with parchment paper or greased with oil/butter.
3. Boil the broccoli until done in salty water. Add them in the tart pan in places. Season them with pepper and garlic.
4. Spoon about 200 gr of cream cheese in the free spaces between the broccoli.
5. Mix the eggs with the remaining cream cheese until well incorporated. Season with salt, pepper and garlic.
6. Pour the liquid mixture into the pan over the broccoli and cheese. Be careful to spread it everywhere.
7. Garnish with sliced red onions.
8. Place the pan in the oven over low to medium heat for about 45 minutes or until the liquid mixture sets.
