Potato stew

Ingredients:

1 kg potatoes

2 red bell peppers

400 gr can mushrooms

1 large onion

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons oil

3 cloves of garlic

700 gr tomato sauce

450 ml water or broth

Instructions:

1. Peel the potatoes and dice into small cubes. Finely chop the onion and the bell peppers into small cubes. Slice the garlic.

2. In a pot, cook the onions and the garlic in 2 tablespoons oil.

3. After 2-3 minutes, add the peppers and the mushrooms and cook until soft, about 5-10 minutes.

4. Add the potatoes and spices and mix well.

5. Add the tomato sauce and the broth and cover with a lid. You can add more broth if necessary.

6. Check and stir the stew every 10 minutes until the potatoes are cooked through and soft.

P.S. You can also add some hot peppers or hot pepper sauce/paste.
