Pasta pudding with cheese

Ingredients:

250 gr pasta

2 eggs

400 gr cream cheese

200 gr grated salted cheese

salt and pepper to taste

oil for greasing the pan

2-3 tablespoons breadcrumbs

1. Preheat the oven at 180 C.

2. In salty water, boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

3. In a bowl, mix the grated salted cheese with the cream cheese, eggs and spices.

4. Add the drained pasta over the cheese mixture.

5. Grease a 20x20 cm pan with oil and sprinkle over the breadcrumbs. Then pour the pasta mixture.

6. Bake over medium heat until the mixture binds (about 30-35 minutes) and it turns golden.

7. You can serve it cold or warm.
