Pasta & peas casserole

Ingredients:

500 gr pasta, cooked

4 eggs

a pinch of salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

300 gr cream cheese

200 gr cheese, grated

3 tablespoons sour cream

400 gr peas, cooked

4 tablespoons breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons butter

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven at 180 C.

2. Grease a 20x25 cm baking pan with butter. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs onto the baking tray.

3. In a large bowl, mix the egg with the cream cheese, grated cheese and sour cream.

4. Add the cooked pasta, peas and spices. Mix until well combined.

5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan.

6. Sprinkle the remaining breadcrumbs on top.

7. Bake for about an hour or until the mixture is set.

8. Serve warm.
