Mediterranean style pasta

Ingredients:

300 gr pasta

2 chicken breasts, diced

200 gr black olives, pitted

6 tomatoes, diced

250 gr cream cheese

3 eggs

100 gr cheese, grated

100 ml milk

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon basil

Oil for greasing

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven at 180 C.

2. Boil the pasta in salty water according to the instructions on the package.

3. In a pan lightly greased with oil, add the chicken pieces and cook until done. Season with salt and pepper. When the chicken is ready, take it out of the pan.

4. In the same pan, add the diced tomatoes with the basil. Leave to simmer for about 10 minutes.

5. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese with the eggs, salt, pepper, milk and grated cheese. Then add the olives, pasta, tomatoes and chicken and mix again.

6. Pour the whole mixture into a baking dish greased with oil.

7. Bake on medium heat for about an hour or until the pasta turns golden on top.

8. Remove and leave it to cool slightly. Serve hot.
