Ingredients:
• 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
• 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 tablespoon honey
• pinch of black pepper
• 50 ml hot water
• 250-300 ml milk (cold or warm depending on how you want your drink)
• 100-150 gr ice (optional - for cold version)
Instructions:
1. In a large cup combine spices and sweetener.
2. Top with hot water and whisk to combine.
3. Add in ice.
4. Top with milk until the cup is full.
