Fall side dish

I discovered a lovely combination of flavors in the following blend:

- potatoes

- butternut squash

- zucchinis

- apples

- pumpkin spices

- salt

- rosemary

Ingredients:

2 big potatoes, chopped in small cubes

½ of a medium butternut squash, chopped in small cubes

2 small zucchinis, chopped

3 medium apples, chopped

2-3 tablespoons pumpkin spices

1 ½ teaspoons salt

2 teaspoons rosemary

1 tablespoon oil

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven at 180 C.

2. Grease a baking tray with oil.

3. In your prepared pan, mix chopped potatoes and pumpkin. Season with pumpkin spice, salt and rosemary.

4. Cover the baking tray with tin foil and bake for 30 minutes over medium heat.

5. After 30 minutes, remove the tray from the oven and add chopped zucchinis and apples. You can add more of the spices if you want.

6. Bake uncovered for another 30-40 minutes.

7. Serve as a side dish.
