Courgette and chicken pasta

Ingredients:

400 gr pasta

50 gr butter

4 cloves garlic, sliced

1 medium courgette, sliced

250 gr chicken breast

100 ml cooking cream

Salt and pepper to taste

200 gr parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions:

1. Boil the pasta according to instructions on the package.

2. Boil chicken breast in water or broth until cooked. Remove from water and slice thinly.

3. In a saucepan, add butter and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes.

4. Add the courgette and cook until soft.

5. Add sliced chicken. Cook for 2-3 more minutes.

6. Add cooking cream, pasta and spices. Mix to combine.

7. Finally, add the parmesan cheese and cook for a couple of minutes.
