Chicken and pepper quiche

Ingredients:

400 gr puff pastry

2 bell peppers, sliced

400 gr cream cheese

3 eggs

500 gr chicken breast, diced

spices to taste (salt, pepper, hot and sweet paprika)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven at 180 C.

2. Place the puff pastry in a tart pan lined with butter or parchment paper.

3. In a pan lightly greased with oil, add the peppers. When half-through cooked, add the diced chicken and spices. Let it completely cook.

4. Spoon the chicken-pepper mixture and 200 gr cream cheese into the pan.

5. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the remaining cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

6. Lightly, pour the liquid mixture all over the pan.

7. Place it in the oven over low to medium heat for about 45 minutes or until the liquid mixture sets.
