You can also fry them if you want.
Ingredients:
1 kg of mushrooms
2 large potatoes
1 big carrot
4 cloves garlic
20 gr parsley
20 gr dill
Salt, pepper to taste
4 tablespoons breadcrumbs +/- 2 tablespoons flour
(optional: oil for frying and some more flour)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven at 180 C.
2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
3. Boil the potatoes, the mushrooms and the carrot until soft. You can boil the potatoes with the skin on and then peel them. The mushrooms cook quicker so take them out first.
4. Mash the potatoes and the carrot. Chop very finely the mushrooms, parley, dill and garlic.
5. In a bowl, mix the mashed vegetables, chopped mushrooms, greens, crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well, then add the breadcrumbs and the flour, if necessary.
6. Stir well. The mixture should be firm, allowing you to shape it. Let it rest in the fridge for 20 minutes.
7. Roll the mixture into balls and place them on the baking tray. Flatten them with a spoon or your hand. (If you want to fry them, roll them in flour before frying.)
8. Bake them for 20-30 minutes on medium heat.
9. Let them cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing.
