Tiramisu in the jar (quick tiramisu)

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

6-8 ladyfingers

150-200 ml coffee

50-70 ml brandy

3 tablespoons cocoa

30 gr vanilla sugar

250-300 gr cream cheese/mascarpone

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with vanilla sugar and brandy.

2. Cut each ladyfinger in half. Soak all the ladyfingers in coffee for a few seconds.

3. Place two ladyfingers halves on the bottom of a 350 ml jar.

4. Sieve ½ tablespoon of cocoa powder on top.

5. Spoon ¼ of the cream cheese mixture on top.

6. Repet steps 3-5.

7. Place two more ladyfingers halves on top and sieve ½ tablespoon of cocoa powder.

8. Repet the same steps (3-7) for the second jar.

9. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
