Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 200 gr sugar
- 120 ml milk
- 110 ml oil
- 250 gr flour
- 15 gr baking powder
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder, for the marbled effect
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee + 2 tablespoons hot water
- 100 gr chocolate flakes (optional)
- a little more milk (if the cocoa composition is too thick)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the eggs and the sugar until incorporated.
2. Add the milk and the oil. Mix a little to incorporate, then add the sifted flour and the baking powder. Stir gently.
3. In a small bowl mix instant coffee and hot water.
4. Divide the mixture into two bowls. In one of them add cocoa, chocolate flakes, instant coffee and a little more milk (if the mixture is too thick, enough to reach the consistency of the other half). The consistency should resemble a thicker sourcream.
5. Pour the mixture into the bundt pan, alternating the two colors.
6. Bake for about 60 minutes on medium heat. After 30 minutes, I put aluminum foil on top of the cake so it doesn't burn.
7. Remove from the oven and leave it to cool in the pan with the head down.
