Rosehip jam loaf

Ingredients:

500 gr rosehip jam

250 gr all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons oil (if your jam is runny) OR 3 tablespoons oil + 100 ml milk (if your jam is thick)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

10 gr baking powder

150 gr walnut, chopped very small

1 tablespoon cinnamon

A little extra oil for greasing

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven at 180 C.

2. Grease a loaf pan with a little oil. You can also line it with some parchment paper.

3. In a bowl, mix all ingredients together.

4. Bake on low heat for an hour.

5. Let cool for 20 minutes in the loaf pan.

6. Keep at room temperature, covered with a kitchen towel.
