Pumpkin chocolate oatmeal

Serves: 1


Ingredients:

50 gr instant oats

150 ml water

100 ml milk

1 tablespoon honey

100 gr pumpkin, baked and chopped

1 teaspoon pumpkin spice

20 gr dark chocolate

Instructions:

1. In a heat-proof bowl, mix oats, water and milk

2. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, uncovered.

3. Mix in honey, 80 gr chopped pumpkin and the pumpkin spice. You can add more honey if necessary.

4. On top, add the rest of your pumpkin and the chocolate.

P.S. You can also make the porridge on the stove if you don't have a microwave.
