Protein turmeric cookies

Ingredients:

• 100 gr quick oats

• 2 scoops (about 50 grams) of vanilla or plain protein powder

• 115 gr smooth peanut butter

• 60 gr applesauce (you can add 1-2 tablespoons more if you need it)

• 2 tablespoons honey

• 1 teaspoon turmeric

• 1 teaspoon flaxseeds

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 180° C.

2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

3. Once combined, start forming the dough into one-inch (2,5 cm) balls.

4. Place the balls on a parchment lined baking sheet and press them down into a cookie shape with a fork.

5. Bake for 12-15 minutes.

6. Remove them from the oven and let them cool completel before eating.
