Ingredients:
180 gr chocolate protein powder of choice
60 gr cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
140 gr low-fat yoghurt
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
100 ml milk
4 tablespoons honey
1 egg
50 ml oil of choice (a little more for greasing the waffle griddle)
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
2. In another bowl, mix all the wet ingredients.
3. Slowly, add the wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Don’t overmix. Let the batter rest at room temperature for 10 minutes.
4. While the batter is resting, preheat your waffle iron.
5. Cook waffles for about 5 minutes, depending on your waffle maker.
6. Done! Serve hot with honey, peanut butter or other goodies.
