Ingredients:
25 gr chocolate protein powder (I used sweetened)
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon wheat bran
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
One pinch of salt
2 tablespoons peanut butter
80 ml milk (+ one more tablespoon if necessary)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
20-30 gr chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Mix everything in a mug.
2. Microwave for 1-2 minutes. Check it after one minute, it really depends on the microwave. Mine took 1 ½ minutes to cook. It should be gooey in the middle because it continues cooking while cooling down.
