Ingredients:
50 gr instant oats
250 ml milk
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon peanut butter
100 gr berries, fresh or frozen
Instructions:
1. In a heat-proof bowl, mix oats and milk
2. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, uncovered.
3. Mix in honey and peanut butter. You can add more honey if necessary.
4. On top, add the berries. I used blackberries and blueberries. If you use frozen berries, add them on the bottom of a bowl and then pour the hot porridge on top.
P.S. You can also make the porridge on the stove if you don't have a microwave.
