Ingredients:
50 gr instant oats
250 ml milk
1 tablespoon honey
1 1/2 tablespoon coconut flakes
2 small riped peaches or nectarines
Instructions:
1. In a heat-proof bowl, mix oats, milk and 1 chopped peach.
2. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, uncovered.
3. Mix in honey and coconut flakes. You can add more honey if necessary.
4. On top, add the second peach, sliced.
P.S. You can also make the porridge on the stove if you don't have a microwave.
