Peach and dark chocolate tart

Ingredients:

400 gr puff pastry

500 gr peaches, diced in small cubes

2 tablespoons cornstarch

3 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

100 gr dark chocolate, chopped

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven at 180 C.

2. Grease a tart pan with a little butter.

3. Place the puff pastry in the pan covering the bottom and the edges.

4. In a bowl, mix the diced peaches, sugar, vanilla, cornstarch and chopped dark chocolate.

5. Add the fruit mixture into the tray over the puff pastry.

6. Bake over medium heat until the pastry puffs and it’s golden brown.
