Recipe: • 180 gr all-purpose flour • 2 teaspoons baking powder • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 150 gr granulated sugar • 120 gr butter, softened • 1 large egg • 2 tablespoons milk • 2 tablespoons orange juice • 2 tablespoons orange zest
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180° C.
2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
3. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
4. In a separate bowl, beat sugar and butter until creamy and lighter in color.
5. Add egg, milk, orange juice and zest.
6. Gradually, add in flour mixture. Mix until combined.
7. Spoon the batter onto prepared baking tray.
8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
9. Let cool for 5 minutes in the pan before removing.
