No-bake peanut butter balls

Ingredients:

250 gr quick oats

240 gr crunchy peanut butter (or 200 gr creamy peanut butter + 50 gr chopped nuts)

150 gr honey

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

100 gr chocolate chips

Optional:

50 gr sprinkles for color

Melted chocolate for decoration

Instructions:

1. Line a dish with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together, adding the sprinkles last.

3. Roll the batter into 2,5 cm balls and place onto the prepared dish.

4. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

5. Store them into an air-tight container.
