Ingredients:
800 gr puff pastry
250 gr turkish delights
1 egg, beaten
Optional: coconut flakes
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven at 180 C.
2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
3. Unroll the puff pastry and cut into triangles.
4. Cut the turkish delights into smaller pieces (rectangles).
5. Place one piece of turkish delight onto each triangle and roll to form croissant.
6. Brush all the mini croissants with egg and sprinkle some coconut flakes on top.
7. Place them on the prepared baking tray and cook for 15 minutes or until puffed up and golden.
8. Let them cool 5 minutes until serving.
