Serves: 4
Ingredients:
700 ml water
200 gr millet
4 tablespoons honey
300 gr berries (frozen or fresh)
A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, boil 700 ml water with a pinch of salt.
2. When it starts to boil, turn on low heat and add the millet.
3. Let it simmer for 15 minutes, stirring constantly so that it doesn't stick.
4. Add honey and stir well.
5. Take it off the heat. Add the berries (I used frozen) and mix.
6. Serve hot with a splash of milk.
P.S. If you want, you can cook the millet in 700 ml milk instead of water.
