Frozen yogurt bark with cocoa and forest fruits

Ingredients:

300 gr yogurt

1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder

2-3 tablespoons honey

200 gr forest fruits, frozen


Instructions:

1. Line a 20x20 cm pan with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, mix 200 gr yogurt with cocoa, honey and fruits.

3. Pour the cocoa yogurt mixture into the pan and spread it evenly with a tablespoon.

4. In the same bowl (I know it’s dirty, but that’s the point), add the rest of the yogurt. Stir a little to give it some color.

5. Spoon the plain yogurt over the cocoa yogurt and with the help of a toothpick or a fork move it around to create a pattern.

6. Place in the freezer at least for a couple of hours.

7. Break into pieces and enjoy!
