French Toast

Ingredients:

6 slices of bread

150 ml milk

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 tablespoons sugar

salt to taste

2 tablespoons butter


Instructions:

1. In a bowl, whisk milk, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, sugar and salt together.

2. Lightly butter a pan. Heat over medium-high heat.

3. Dunk each slice of bread in the egg mixture, soaking both sides.

4. Transfer the bread to the hot skillet and cook until golden, 2 to 4 minutes per side.

5. Done! Serve hot with honey, jam or any other syrup.
