Ingredients:
1. Chocolate base:
1 banana, mashed OR 2 medium apples, pureed
100 gr instant oats
70 gr brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
60 ml milk
2 tablespoons flour if needed (if the mixture is too soft)
2. Cream cheese:
500 gr cream cheese (500 gr)
115 gr honey
1 egg
Peanut butter flavor:
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
Raspberry flavor:
95 gr raspberries, fresh or frozen
Cinnamon flavor:
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven at 180 C.
2. Line a muffin tray with muffin cases.
3. In a bowl, add all the dry ingredients for the base.
4. In a separate bowl, mix all the wet ingredients.
5. Pour the wet into the dry and mix until well combined.
6. Spoon the base mixture into the muffin cases (about half full).
7. In a bowl, mix cream cheese with sugar and egg.
8. If you want to make more than one flavor, separate the mixture in two or three smaller bowls. Add peanut butter and milk in one of the bowls, raspberries in the second one and cinnamon in the last one. You can experiment with other flavors too. Try chocolate chips, chopped nuts, dried or fresh fruits, jams.
9. Spoon the cheese mixture onto the chocolate base.
10. Bake for 20 minutes at low heat.
11. Let cool for 20-30 minutes into the pan.
12. Keep them refrigerated.
