Coffee cinnamon bread

Ingredients:

280 gr flour

2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons instant coffee powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon

3 eggs

100 gr brown sugar

100 gr white sugar

120 ml oil

180 ml milk

2 teaspoons vanilla extract


For the cinnamon topping:

1-2 tablespoons cinnamon

50 gr brown sugar

50 gr walnuts, crushed


Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven at 180 C.

2. Grease a loaf pan with oil or melted butter. Line with parchment paper.

3. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, baking powder, coffee and cinnamon.

4. In a large bowl, mix together eggs with brown and white sugar until lighter in color and thick.

5. Add oil and vanilla. Incorporate well.

6. Fold in the dry ingredients a little at a time alternating with the milk.

7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.

8. In a small bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon and walnuts.

9. Spoon the cinnamon mixture all over the batter.

10. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

11. Let the bread cool off in the pan for 30 minutes.

12. Serve warm with milk or coffee.
