Chocolate mug cake

Ingredients for one big mug cake or two small ones:

4 tablespoons flour

4 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

A pinch of salt

5 tablespoons milk

4 tablespoons melted butter or oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

4 tablespoons chocolate chips (or nuts)

Optional: chocolate spread/syrup for decorating; icing sugar


Instructions:

1. Add all the dry ingredients in the mug and mix.

2. Add the wet ingredients and mix to incorporate.

3. Microwave for 3-3.30 minutes, keeping an eye on the cake.

4. Decorate with chocolate spread/syrup or icing sugar.

5. Enjoy!
