Chocolate chia pudding

Ingredients:

· 100-150 ml milk

· 100 gr yogurt (you can use plain or flavoured – strawberry yogurt is a great option)

· 40 gr chia seeds

· 1 tablespoon honey

· 1 tablespoon cacao powder

· 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients together.

2. Cover and refrigerate over-night.

3. In the morning, stir again.

4. Top with a little crunch, like chopped nuts or some cereal.
