Chocolate berry cake

Instructions:

100 ml oil

4 eggs

10 tablespoons caster sugar

10 gr baking powder

16 gr vanilla sugar

10 tablespoons flour

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoons cocoa powder

50 ml coffee, brewed

500 gr frozen or fresh berries

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven at 180 C.

2. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and grease it a little with oil.

3. In a bowl, mix together the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar.

4. Add the oil, coffee and vanilla extract and mix again.

5. Add the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt. Mix until combined.

6. Gently, fold in the berries.

7. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

8. Let cool for 30 minutes into the pan.
