Cappuccino Minicakes

Ingredients:

500 gr flour

300 gr sugar

2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

30 gr cappuccino powder

4 eggs

500 gr apple sauce

240 ml milk

120 ml coffee liqueur

60 ml brewed coffee

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven at 240 C.

2. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cappuccino powder.

3. Add the eggs, apple sauce and milk. Mix until well combined.

4. Add the coffee liqueur and brewed coffee, and mix again for 2 minutes.

5. Spoon the batter into mini pans or mini cake cups. If you use mini pans, don’t forget to grease them with a little butter. If you use mini cake cups, place them on a bigger baking tray.

6. Sprinkle the mini cakes with cocoa powder.

7. Bake for about 20 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
