Cake:
190 gr all-purpose flour
150 gr granulated sugar
1 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
120 ml cup whole milk
75 gr unsalted butter, melted
1 large egg
½ teaspoon vanilla
250 gr blackberries
Crumble:
3 tablespoons butter, melted
6 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
65 gr all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons rolled oats
1 dash cinnamon
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a 20 cm round cake pan with oil or butter and line with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, eggs and vanilla.
4. Add milk mixture to flour mixture, stirring just until combined.
5.Pour the batter into the pan. Add the blackberries on top.
6. Combine all the ingredients for the crumble. Spoon the mixture on top of the blackberries.
7. Bake for 50-55 minutes, covering with foil during last 30 minutes of baking to prevent excess browning, if necessary.
8. Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
