Ingredients:
2 eggs
140 gr yogurt
180 ml milk
3 medium bananas, mashed
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon lemon extract
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons sugar
450 gr flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
2. In a separate bowl, mix together egg, milk, yogurt, vegetable oil, extracts and bananas.
3. Stir the dry mixture into the wet. Do not overmix.
4. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium heat.
Scoop the batter onto the pan, using a ladle. Cook for a couple of minutes until pancakes are golden brown on both sides.
