It's an easy recipe, but it takes a lot of time.
1. Wash the apples.
2. With a mandolin (recommended) or a very sharp knife, slice the apples horizontally into 0.3 mm rounds.
3. Heat oven to 200 C.
4. Arrange apple slices in rows one near another on a tray lined with parchment paper.
5. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
6. Bake for 1-2 hours. Once in every 30 minutes flip the apples, then continue baking until crisp.
7. Remove and let cool completely in the tray.
